Directions
- In large frying pan or wok, heat oil and stir fry beef until browned, 5-7 minutes.
- Add grilling sauce and cook for two minutes.
- Divide rice amongst 4 bowls and top with beef, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro leaves.
- Serve with lime wedges.
