  1. In frying pan, melt butter and cook garlic and leeks for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add cabbage and saute until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Add mashed potatoes, cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook until everything is warmed up and potatoes are starting to brown.
  3. Serve with cooked sausage, corned beef and poached eggs!
