Instructions
  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.
  2. Place pork in dish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
  3. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for 8 -10 minutes longer with the lid closed, or until juices run clear when pork is pierced (or until internal temperature reaches 160° F).
  4. Transfer to cutting board; tent with foil and let stand for 5 minutes prior to slicing.
