Directions
- Zest one orange. Using knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges.
- Slice into rounds and arrange in shallow platter.
- Combine honey, cinnamon stick, and orange zest in heavy small saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour warm syrup over oranges.
- Garnish with almonds and mint leaves
