Instructions
  1. Thread pineapple, sweet peppers and red onion onto skewers, alternating on colours.
  2. Brush skewers with Farm Boy Sesame Ginger Dressing and season with salt.
  3. Grill shrimp skewers: cook on oiled grill, over medium high heat, for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 158°F.
  4. Grill vegetable fruit skewers: cook, on oiled grill, over medium high heat, turning often, and basting with sesame ginger dressing, for 6-10 minutes, until lightly charred and tender.
  5. Arrange shrimp kebabs along with vegetable fruit kebabs on platter. Serve hot with a bowl of steamed rice.
