Instructions
For the pork tenderloin:
  1. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic cloves, steak spice and olive oil.
  2. Rub all over the tenderloins and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare grill for indirect heat.
  4. Grease grates and cook tenderloins on hot side of the grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer pork to the cooler side of the grill and cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with peach and nectarine sauce.
For the sauce:
  1. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until golden and aromatic, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add peaches and nectarines, brown sugar and grainy mustard and water and continue to cook until fruit is soft and sauce is thick, 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
