Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2tbsp Farm Boy Lemon Garlic Dressing
- 4 Zucchini trimmed and cut lengthwise into 0.25” slices
- 1tbsp Farm Boy Extra Virgin Oilve Oil
- 500g green beansblanched
- 1cup grape tomatoeshalved
- 1 cup bocconcinihalved
- 0.25cup Farm Boy Lemon Garlic Dressing
- 2tbsp basil leavestorn
- Farm Boy Sea Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Grilled Chicken Breast
- Place chicken in bowl and toss with lemon garlic dressing.
- Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before grilling.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill over medium high heat, turning a few times, for 8-12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let meat rest, tented with foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
Grilled Zucchini
- While chicken is cooking, toss zucchini slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium high heat, turning often, until nicely marked.
Green Bean Salad
- In large bowl, toss green beans and grape tomatoes with lemon garlic dressing.
- Place on platter and arrange bocconcini over the beans.
- Sprinkle basil leaves over salad.
- Sprinkle a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper over the top and serve with grilled chicken and zucchini.
