Grilled Bruschetta Chicken is a delicious and flavourful dish that combines the classic Italian flavours of bruschetta with grilled chicken.
Directions
- Rub garlic flowers and olive oil over chicken and season with fleur de sel and pepper.
- On BBQ, grill over medium high heat, turning, 6-8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Place cheese slices over chicken, turn off heat and close the lid for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove chicken from grill and serve topped with bruschetta.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
- 150 g Farm Boy™ Mozzarella Ball (320 g) cut into 4 thick slices
- 1 container Farm Boy™ Fresh Bruschetta
- Fleur de Sel and black pepper to taste
