Ingredients
  • 3 cups Farm Boy Organic Eggnog
  • 2 ½ tsp Unflavoured Gelatine
  • 6 Tbsp Farm Boy Cranberry Sauce

Instructions
  1. In 4 cup glass measure, combine ½ cup eggnog with gelatine.
  2. Let sit for 10 minutes for gelatine to soften.
  3. Add the remaining eggnog to gelatine mixture and warm up over a pan of simmering water, stirring often, to make sure gelatine granules dissolve completely.
  4. Pour mixture onto 6 ramekins or small glasses.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
  6. To serve, top with cranberry sauce.
  7. Serve cold.
