Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place sauce pan over low-medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add crushed garlic and sauté for one minute.
  4. Add nutmeg and dry mustard.
  5. Stir to release fragrance from spices.
  6. Add Farm Boy™ Butternut Squash Soup, chicken broth (optional), Farm Boy™ Organic Greek Yogurt, pepper and pureé until smooth with an immersion blender.
  7. Stir in Gruyere and Romano cheeses until melted and then fold in pasta.
  8. Pour everything into a large cast iron skillet or 13 x 9-inch baking dish lightly brushed with Farm Boy™ Olive Oil.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and set oven to broil (Low setting).
  11. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over macaroni and return to oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese has browned and some edges of noodles are crisp.
