Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add water and whisk mixture to make a smooth runny batter.
  3. Place oil in large deep pot. Heat to 350°F.
  4. Add cauliflower florets to batter, and toss to coat well.
  5. When oil is hot, start adding florets, making sure to shake excess batter off. Do not crowd the pan.
  6. Cook for 5-8 minutes, until florets are golden brown. Remove from oil to a paper-lined bowl.
  7. In separate small saucepan, warm up hot sauce with butter until melted.
  8. Pour sauce onto cooked florets, tossing well to coat.
  9. Serve on platter, sprinkled with green onions with a bowl of Ranch style dressing.
