Instructions
  1. Place 1/2 cup coconut cream, mixed berries, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and maple syrup in blender container.
  2. Process and add up to 1/4 cup more coconut cream to make blender run easily.
  3. Blend until mixture is almost smooth.
  4. Divide mixture amongst bowls.
  5. Garnish with fresh berries, toasted coconut and chia seeds.
  6. Serve immediately.
