Salmon Kebabs

Salmon kebabs are prepared in our Seafood departments, marinated, on skewers,  and ready to take home and cook. Several flavours are available including Alabama, Rhodos, Spicy Lemon, and Wild Garlic.

Cooking Instructions: Grill over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, turning once.  OR in a non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 Tbsp each of oil and butter, for 3-4 minutes per side. Cook to an internal temperature of 158˚F (70C).

Ingredients

Alabama: Salmon, marinade (canola oil, salt, spices, sugar, yeast extract, spice extracts (paprika), artificial flavour).

Rhodos: Salmon, marinade (canola oil, salt, spices, dehydrated vegetables (onion, bell pepper), herbs, spice extracts).

Spicy Lemon: Salmon, marinade (canola oil, spices, herbs, dehydrated onion, salt, natural flavour, artificial flavor, spice extracts).

Wild Garlic: Salmon, marinade (canola oil, salt, herbs (wild garlic, sage, parsley), spices, spice extracts).

Produced in a facility where these common allergens are present: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish/seafood, soy, wheat/gluten, sulphites, mustard.
