Wash snow peas, remove ends & string and blanch 2 minutes.
remove to icy cold water to keep crunchy and bright green.
Brush mushrooms and slice 1/4 inch thick - pat dry.
Core red pepers and cut into 1 inch square pieces.
Toast sesame seeds in oven until golden brown.
Mix vinaigrette in shaker
Combine snow peas, white mushrooms and red pepper in a holiday salad bowl, add vinaigrette, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
