spacer Grilled White Fish with Fresh Mango Chili Salsa

Place fish in centre of plate and spoon a generous amount of salsa on top.
Ligthly drizzle olive oil over fish and plate.
Serve with spicy Rice or roasted seasoned potatoes.

spacer Here's what you do
spacer Coat white fish in olive oil, salt and pepper. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Dice Mango, Peppers, Chilies and finely chop Cilantro. Mix with about 2 tbsp of olive oil. Salt to taste. Allow flavours to mingle for at least 30 minutes. Grill fish over pre-heated medium hight heat grill until light and flaky in the middle. Thin filets will only need a maximum of 3 minutes per side.

spacer 1.5 pounds White Fish (Cod, Haddock, Tilapia)
1 large mango
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
2 small red chilies (or to taste)
1/2 bundle of cilantro
Olive Oil
Salt
