Here's what you do |

Peel & cut Butternut Squash into 3/4 " pieces. Place in skillet with melted butter/margarine on medium heat & add course salt & pepper. Toss until browned about 5-6 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water or Chicken Broth. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover & continue cooking for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat mix in sage & serve. |

2 Tbsp Farm Boy Non Hydrogenated Margarine
1/2 c water or Packaged Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp Coarse Salt
Pepper, to taste
Fresh Sage 2 tbsp chopped or 1/2 tsp Farm Boy Dried Sage
