Here's what you do |

Split garlic into quarters, and impale each piece on a toothpick. Coarsely chop vegetables (smaller for onion) and mix all ingredients in bowl or large jar. Add more Tobasco or vinegar to your taste. Cover and chill several hours. Stir and remove garlic before serving.

2 Tsp of vinegar
1.5 tsp of salt
4 cups of tomato juice
6 drops of Tobasco sauce
coarse pepper
