- 1/2 of 180 gram container of Farm Boy Pesto sauce
- 2 tblsp of Farm Boy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1 /2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes (either oil packed or dried and softened)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted pine nuts (optional)
- 2 cups of Farfelle pasta
- grated fontina cheese to taste
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Farm Boy bread/loaf of your choice
**This recipe can also be made into a delicious meat dish by adding 1 cup of sliced grilled chicken or shrimp in the final few minutes of cooking time. |
