| Mix juice of limes, olive oil and Italian seasoning together. Pour over pork tenderloin and let marinate for a minimum of 2 hours (or as long as overnight).
Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and wrap in prosciutto slices.
Barbeque on medium high for 25 - 30 minutes or until Prosciutto is crisp and tenderloin is slightly pink inside.
Remove from BBQ and let stand for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve!
