Mix garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, and ground beef.
Shape into logs about 6 inches long by 1 -1½inch in diameter. Flatten to about 1/2 inch thick.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place on top rack to warm.
Grill patties until well done, about 5 minutes.
Place the patty on a tortilla, top with salsa, guacamole and shredded cheese. Roll as you would a fajita.
