Cook shrimp with Worcestershire sauce, water and salt(clean). You can use pre-cooked shrimp.
Cut coriander very small.
Halve the onion and cut into thin slices and separate.
Toss onion and coriander in large bowl. Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, seafood sauce and hot sauce.
Add to bowl together with shimp.
Toss well.
Put in covered container and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or up to 1 day. Toss frequently.
Put in centre of a platter and place saltine crackers around edge.
