Here's what you do |

Trim asparagus.
Blanch in boiling water or steam until just tender. Refresh in a bowl of icy water to retain colour.
Hull and halve the strawberries.
Halve stone and peel the avocado and brush with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Prepare and whisk together the dressing ingredients
Place salad ingredients on a serving plate and drizzle with dressing.
