spacer White Chocolate Coconut Bread Pudding with Fruit

Crispy golden crust with moist custardy filling.

spacer Here's what you do
spacer Preheat oven to 375. Lightly butter a 2-quart baking dish. Combine bread cubes, butter, cinnamon, fruit; mix well and place in baking dish. Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add milk, mix well and pour over bread cubes. Bake 45 minutes or just until set in centre.

spacer 1 loaf White Chocolate Coconut Bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 apples, peeled and chopped (or 2 cups cherries, halved and pitted)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tsp. cinnamon

6 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

3 cups scalded milk
