Here's what you do
Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Beat well, then add squash and mix
well. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Add raisins. Bake
in a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
After it is cooked, let it cool for 30 minutes. When serving, top it
with whipped cream or maple syrup or both.
