Butterfly chicken breasts
Steam spinach for 10-15 min
Dice garlic
Crumble feta
Mix bread crumbs with Italian seasoning
After steaming mix your spinach, feta and garlic.
Place your spinach mixture into your open chicken and close. Coat chicken with bread crumb mixture. Place in preheated oven (350) covered with tinfoil for 40 min and then take foil of and cook for 10 more min.
