	WARM PIZZA DIP This recipe comes from Beverley Combe of Stittsville.

Here's what you do

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Slit sausage casing, remove meat and crumble into skillet. Cook, stirring often for about 2 minutes. Add onion and continue to cook for about 3 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and onion is softened. Stir in tomatoes, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese a little at a time, stirring constantly until melted. Gradually add mozzarella, stirring until melted. Serve warm with breadsticks, pita triangles or natural favoured Farm Boy Tortilla Chips.

Here's what you need

1 tsp. Farm Boy Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Farm Boy Italian Sausage (hot or mild)

1 small onion, chopped

1 19oz. can spicy stewed tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp. dried oregano

1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
