1. Sauce: Measure all ingredients into a blender. Blend til smooth. Season to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavours to blend.
2. Brush salmon steaks with butter. Pre-heat grill (bbq) to medium. Place salmon on grill Cook 4 to 5 min per side. Brush cooked steaks with a little of sauce. Serve salmon steaks immediately with remaining sauce.
